iStone and Operator join forces
iStone, one of Sweden’s fastest growing IT companies, initiates a strategic alliance with Operator Systems around the delivery of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) for medium and large manufacturing companies in Sweden.
Operator MES solution complements iStone’s portefolio of business systems to now include systems that optimize enterprise production. Operator and iStone already have the first customer, Johnsson Metal AB, and is now signing a formal partnership agreement that will boost cooperation in the booming market for MES systems.
iStone AB, Markus Jakobsson, CEO:
“It is our strategy to offer market leading systems within each of our solution areas, so we can continue the strong growth we have experienced.
We are seeing increasing interest from our customers in optimizing their production processes and needs to get better insight into the production itself, which allows them to make improvements, time and material savings and greater efficiency, which helps to create a better bottom line.
With Operator MES solution iStone is able to deliver a strong and competitive solution that is perfectly suited for medium to large manufacturing companies, especially in unit production. “
Operator Systems, CEO Tommy Larsen:
“IStone is a fast growing and expanding company, especially in Sweden, but also in other countries where Operator Systems eventually establish themselves. The cooperation is initially targeting Sweden, but it is clear that with this collaboration sees strong international potential.
iStone is strongly positioned and has many customers in the target group for Operator and iStone has a range of solutions that complement Operator MES solution.
With strong capabilities in leading ERP systems such as Lawson M3, Dynamics AX and SAP are iStone a perfect match for the Operator with the standard integration that Operator supplies for these systems.”
