Support rep for Operator support
We are looking for Support reps based at our office in Krakow, Poland. The support rep is responsible for phone/mail support to our customers. The business language used is mainly English, but it would be an advantage to be able to carry out support in Polish also. Each support rep is responsible for a number of customers and is expected to proactively work with the customers. All support requests are created in a web based support system, which will be the daily tool for the support rep.
Responsibilities (after initial training and education):
- Answer support calls from customers
- Handle support requests entered into the support system (ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus)
- Describe modifications to Development
- Describe and hand over support solutions to customers
- Proactively contact customers and discuss /work with/close open support requests
- Keep the support system up to date
- In general, when needed, help closing support requests for your colleagues
- Support and participate in the future development of the support function at Operator Systems
- Participate in 24/7 Support – after common agreement
Desired skills and experience
- Working experience from a IT support function
- Experience from working with a professional support IT system
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and discrete manufacturing
- Knowledge of and experience with MPS/MRP/MES systems
- Self-starter
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Polish
- Knowledge of or certified in ITIL would be an advantage
- Knowledge of software development (Sybase/Powerbuilder, SQL etc.)
- Knowledge of or experience with Infor-M3/Movex, SAP, Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV is an advantage
